By accessing or using the services provided by Global Api Network ("we", "us", or "our"), including our website, API, and related platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Global Api Network provides white-label API infrastructure that enables businesses to offer digital prepaid services under their own brand, including but not limited to mobile top-ups, data bundles, digital gift cards, eSIMs, utility payments, and rewards programs. We act as an infrastructure-as-a-service provider — we do not sell directly to end consumers.
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Service fees are based on usage and are detailed in your account dashboard. All fees are charged in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Payments are due according to the billing cycle established for your account. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
We make commercially reasonable efforts to process all transactions promptly and accurately. However, we do not guarantee that every transaction will be completed successfully, as fulfillment depends on third-party operators and carriers. Failed transactions will not be charged to your account balance.
Refunds for failed or incomplete transactions are processed automatically to your account balance. For disputes related to completed transactions, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Refunds to external payment methods are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with our platform are the property of Global Api Network or its licensors. Our white-label services grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our infrastructure under your own brand. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Api Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Api Network, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We target 99.9% uptime for our API services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and shall not be liable for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your remaining account balance will be refunded minus any outstanding fees or pending transactions.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
